TruFlat® MDF Sheets – 50 Piece Bulk Box

50 sheets of TruFlat® MDF with an engineered finish on both sides, sized for laser cutting, engraving, CNC work, signs, and other craft projects.

TruFlat® is designed to help reduce material-prep time. The finished surface is ready to cut and engrave straight out of the box and is engineered to resist warping better than standard MDF.

Material Notes

TruFlat® uses an engineered decorative finish. It is not a hardwood veneer.

Boards are cut by hand, so minor size variations may occur. Actual dimensions will be very close to the listed 11.75" × 19" size.

Light scorch residue can often be removed with a baby wipe or damp cloth. Wipe gently to avoid damaging the finished surface.

Laser Settings

Glowforge users can use Proofgrade Medium Draftboard as a starting point. Settings may need to be adjusted based on your specific laser, tube power, optics, airflow, material batch, and machine condition.
