Shipping questions:     

What is our shipping time?  We attempt to ship all non printed wood orders in 1-3 business days.  Our Fancy AF Wood is made to order and will be shipped within 2 weeks (usually much quicker).

What happens if my order is delayed?  Once an order is in the hands of a carrier (USPS, UPS) we can no longer guarantee delivery times.  We will do our best to continue to monitor the orders progress and assist in tracking down all lost packages.

What happens if my package is lost in the mail?  If your package does not arrive, we will file a claim for you with the carrier.  Once the claim has been approved, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement package, whichever the customer prefers.  Please keep in mind that claims cannot be filed with carriers until 15 business days after your package shipped.

Return Policy We do take returns within 14 days of delivery.  The customer is responsible for shipping costs and the material needs to be in new condition.  Refunds are issued once materials are received back.
