Choose a 22-sheet or 45-sheet bulk box of prefinished 3.5mm B/BB Baltic Birch plywood sized for laser cutting, engraving, CNC work, signs, and craft projects.

This Baltic Birch plywood has a veneer core and a durable semi-gloss clear coat applied to both sides, helping reduce prep time before cutting and finishing. The finished surface is ready to use straight out of the box and normally does not need masking.

Material Notes

Boards are cut by hand, so minor size variations may occur. Actual dimensions will be very close to the listed 19.75" × 11.75" size.

Because Baltic Birch can develop some bow or warp at this thickness, hold-down pins, magnets, or other work-holding methods may be helpful during laser cutting. We do our best to ship flat, usable sheets.

Because the clear finish is already applied, masking is often unnecessary. Light laser residue can often be removed gently with a baby wipe or soft lint-free cloth. Wipe carefully to avoid damaging the finished surface.

Laser Settings

Glowforge users can use Medium Basswood Plywood / Proofgrade-style settings as a starting point. Settings may need to be adjusted based on your specific laser, tube power, optics, airflow, material batch, and machine condition.
