Pre-Finished Walnut takes all the prep-work out of your next project. This wood comes with a durable Semi-Gloss clear coat already applied, saving you time so you can focus on crafting and not material prep. Not only that but you save even more time because there's no need to mask it!!! Just use a baby wipe or soft lint-free cloth to wipe up any laser char residue, saving you time and money.
-A1 Double sided material; Glitter-free (no more of the annoying metal flakes), No masking necessary.
***THICKNESS OF BOARDS MAY VARY SLIGHLY BY SPECIES. ALWAYS USE CALIPERS TO GET TRUE THICKNESS***
Boards are cut 11 3/4" by 19" by hand. There may be very slight variations but they will be very close to the size listed. These boards fit perfectly within a Glowforge and cut/engrave perfectly.
RECOMMENDED SETTINGS: Walnut = Med Walnut ply (proofgrade setting). These settings are a good starting point for your Glowforge but may need to be adjusted to your specific machine/conditions.

The color and finish clarity are stunning. It cut on my laser nicely, as expected. Shipping seemed extremely fast, which is impressive since I am at an APO so shipping anything is generally a pretty consistent speed; they obviously got it out the door immediately.

Love, love, love. I had been using unfinished walnut from a different source, having to sand and clear myself. This walnut is beautiful! Saves me so much time and looks better than my other material and method.
I'm very happy I decided to give this a try. When I opened the box and saw the walnut, I was pleasantly surprised at how good it looked. Finish is first rate, cuts beautifully.
The only drawback is that it's almost too good to use!
