16x24 White MDF Sheets perfect for UV printing/laser cutting

Stop wasting time and money printing a white base layer for your UV printed products.  This white MDF is perfect for UV printers.  No need to use white, saving you money.

These MDF sheets are single sided (white is on one side only) and measure 16x24 inches, 1/8th thick.  They UV print well and are easy to cut on any laser cutter.

BOARDS ARE WHITE ON ONE SIDE ONLY.  RAW MDF ON BACK

Boards are cut 16" by 24" by hand. There may be very slight variations but they will be very close to the size listed.  We do our best to only source/ship the flattest boards possible, however 1/8 material likes to Warp.  The larger the piece, the more likely it is to warp.  This is not a defect but just a natural occurrence of 1/8 thick materials.

This MDF is NAF (No Added Formaldehyde), ULEF rated.

Recommended settings: Proofgrade Medium Draftboard. This is a good starting point but may need to be adjusted to your specific machine/conditions.***

Mira9 (90W) settings = 25mm/sec speed, 60/50 Power, Auto Focus.
