50 sheets of 1/8" white MDF with a finished white surface on both sides, sized for laser cutting, engraving, CNC work, signs, and other craft projects.

This double-sided white MDF helps reduce material-prep time. The smooth finished surfaces are ready for cutting and engraving, and masking is generally not required.

Material Notes

Boards are cut by hand, so minor size variations may occur. Actual dimensions will be very close to the listed 11.75" × 19" size.

Masking is generally not required. Light laser residue can often be removed gently with a baby wipe or damp soft cloth. If using a stronger cleaner, test it first in an inconspicuous area to make sure it does not affect the finished surface.

Laser Settings

Glowforge users can use Proofgrade Medium Draftboard as a starting point. Settings may need to be adjusted based on your specific laser, tube power, optics, airflow, material batch, and machine condition.
